If you’re using Suonora on behalf of a company or organization, you must have legal authority to accept these Terms for that entity. Suonora may suspend or remove accounts if we suspect age violations or unauthorized use.

2. Your Account

You’re responsible for your account security. Keep your login credentials safe and never share them. You agree to notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity. We may ask for identity verification before restoring access or modifying your account.

3. Fair Use Guidelines

Suonora is designed for ethical and productive use. You may not:

  • Use Suonora to generate or transcribe harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate individuals, mislead audiences, or distribute false information.
  • Upload or use copyrighted material without proper rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload our systems or services.

Accounts that violate these guidelines may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.

4. Waitlist & Access

Access to Suonora features may be limited while we continue to grow and improve the platform. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to provide, restrict, or remove access at any time to maintain quality, fairness, and system performance.

5. Plans and Payments

Suonora offers both free and paid plans. When you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the terms shown during checkout including the billing cycle, price, and included features. Payments are processed securely and charged in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly).

All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. If pricing changes in the future, we will provide prior notice so you can make informed decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, voice models, and software used in Suonora are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reuse, or modify these assets without written permission. However, you own all input and output data you submit and generate through your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or produce using Suonora complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Service Changes

We continually refine and enhance Suonora. This means that some features may be added, modified, or removed over time. We strive for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or permanent access to all services.

8. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. We do not sell your data.

You may stop using Suonora at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in harmful activity.

10. Disclaimer

Suonora is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or interruptions resulting from your use of the platform.

13. Usage, Credits & Downgrades

Each plan includes specific limits for both Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text usage.

• TTS credits are calculated by the number of characters processed. • Speech-to-Text is calculated in minutes of transcribed audio.

Monthly subscribers have their usage reset based on their subscription start date. Free and yearly plans reset on the 1st day of each month.

Users can upgrade or downgrade plans via the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is also immediate. However, no refunds are issued for unused time or credits remaining in the higher plan.
